REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy governs all purchases made through the Saucy website (ssaucy.com), owned and operated by Aspire Solutions Danismanlik ve Ticaret LLC. By completing a purchase on our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this policy in their entirety.

 

1. Strict No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Saucy enforces a strict No Refund Policy on all purchases made through our platform, including but not limited to:

  • Event tickets (digital or physical)

  • Registration and reservation fees

  • Add-on services, upgrades, or packages

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change in personal plans, schedule, or availability

  • Dissatisfaction with the event content or experience

  • Illness, injury, travel disruptions, or weather-related conditions

  • Mistaken, duplicate, or unauthorized purchases (except as set out in Section 4)

  • Failure to attend the event for any reason

Event-related costs, including venue, artist, and vendor commitments, are paid in advance and are non-recoverable. For this reason, refunds cannot be issued once a purchase has been completed.

 

2. Event Cancellation by Saucy

If Saucy cancels an event in its entirety, registered ticket holders will receive a full refund of the ticket purchase price, minus any third-party transaction or payment processing fees. This is the sole exception to our No Refund Policy.

 

Partial cancellations, lineup changes, support act replacements, or changes to event timing, venue, or programming do not constitute a full cancellation and do not qualify for a refund. Saucy reserves the right to modify event details without incurring any refund obligation.

 

3. Transfer of Bookings

If you are unable to attend an event, you may request to transfer your booking to another individual at no additional cost, subject to the conditions below:

  • Submit your transfer request by email to hello@ssaucy.com at least 48 hours before the event.

  • Include your full name, order reference number, and contact email.

  • Include the full name and email address of the intended transferee.

Transfer requests submitted less than 48 hours before the event will not be accepted. Saucy reserves the right to decline any transfer request at its sole discretion. Transfers are a one-time accommodation and may not be re-transferred.

 

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Notwithstanding the No Refund Policy set out in Section 1, Aspire Solutions Danismanlik ve Ticaret LLC may, at its sole and absolute discretion, consider refund requests in genuinely exceptional circumstances, such as verified duplicate transactions.

If a discretionary refund is approved:

  • The refund will be reduced by any applicable transaction or payment processing fees.

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method only.

  • Processing takes 5 to 10 business days to reflect in your account.

  • All refund determinations made under this section are final and not subject to appeal.

Submission of a refund request under this section does not guarantee approval. Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and at the exclusive discretion of Aspire Solutions Danismanlik ve Ticaret LLC.

 

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase through our platform, you agree to contact Saucy directly before initiating any chargeback, dispute, or reversal with your bank or payment provider.

 

Aspire Solutions Danismanlik ve Ticaret LLC reserves the right to dispute any chargeback that is inconsistent with this Refund Policy. In the event of a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback, we may:

  • Provide your payment provider with full documentation of your purchase and agreement to this policy.

  • Permanently revoke your access to Future Saucy events and services. events and services.

  • Pursue recovery of the disputed amount through available legal remedies.

6. Limitation of Liability

Aspire Solutions Danismanlik ve Ticaret LLC shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, or expenses incurred by you as a result of your inability to attend an event, including but not limited to travel costs, accommodation, or any other expenses arising from event attendance.

 

7. Amendments to This Policy

Saucy reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon publication on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy before completing any purchase. Your purchase constitutes acceptance of the policy in effect at the time of the transaction.
